The location is perfect if you're near the hospital. The room had a clean look and comfy bed. Air conditioning worked like a champ, super chill even during the heatwave! However, experienced issues with the breakfast. Not much variety. Just some waffles and gas station coffee. Also, the towels felt too thin and short. A bit of noise from the hallways, mainly door slamming. Staff could be a bit warmer and more welcoming. All in all, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The beds were firm. Clean and decent bedding, and I appreciated having both a microwave and fridge in the room, imagine that!

the central location made it super easy for me to explore nearby landmarks like the sam houston statue, less than 3.5 km away, and enjoy the lovely parks around while discovering the local charm. The easy check-in and comfortable king room was a real treat for my weekend stay.
